Orders

Retailers may place orders with BNHP via this website for the current month retail only deals, provided that users comply with BNHP’s usual terms and conditions, in addition to the following:

• Retailers must register with BNHP for a Retailer ID, which shall be used to place orders via this website.
• Retailers accept all risks relating to orders placed via this website and shall hold BNHP harmless from any such claims;
• Orders will be deemed to be received when they are acknowledged as being received by BNHP.
• BNHP shall have the right to refuse to accept any order without giving reasons.
• Retailers shall be responsible for all orders placed via the website and accepted by BNHP made, or apparently made, by use of their Retailer ID.
• Retailers shall treat their Retailer ID as confidential and shall take appropriate steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of their Retailer ID.
• BNHP shall have no liability with respect to any orders placed via the website or use of a retailer’s Retailer ID.

Website availability

BNHP does not warrant that the website will be available at any time. Users acknowledge that the website may be unavailable for a number of reasons, including due to matters beyond BNHP’s control, and shall hold BNHP harmless in respect of any claims arising therefrom. BNHP does not warrant that users’ access to the website will meet any particular performance criteria.
